Kai

Channels and partnerships

Partnerships by status and type, cost against promised return against reported figures. Placements as they appear outside, reach always with its origin stated.

Kai is software. One human is accountable: Alexander Falk.

Kai is software. The figure is drawn.

A proposal from Kai

This is what a change looks like before it takes effect.

Before, after and the rule behind it. Only once you approve does Kai write to your system.

Track a collaboration with its cost, return and reach, and where the reach figure comes from

beforecollaboration: creator, barter
status: running
aftercollaboration: creator, barter
cost: 1 appliance at list price
return: 1 post, 3 stories
reach: reported by the creator, screenshot attached
labelling: checked by Lars

Example. Rule: Cost against return against reported figure, reach only with its source. Nothing is written until you click “Approve”.

The process

How Kai works

Works from: Your register of partnerships, your channel reports and, on request, a paid creator survey per market.

  1. Separate the figures

Every figure is recorded as cost, commitment or report. Every reach figure says whether it is measured, estimated or unknown.

  2. Never add up

He does not add up the reach of different creators, because their audiences overlap.

  3. Cost cap

Before a paid survey the limit is set, and after every request the actual cost is booked against it.

  4. Assess

Candidates and running partnerships are assessed against what they deliver before new money flows.

  5. You decide

    Draft and send

Posts are created as drafts. You click approve and send.

Result

What you have at the end

  • A picture of channels and partnerships in separate columns
  • Creator candidates with documented reach
  • Post drafts for approval

Tailoring

Tailored to your business

Kai is not off-the-shelf software. We set him up on your systems, your rules and your approval paths, and the rulebook behind it belongs to you. Tailored, for example:

  • Your channels and markets
  • What a partnership has to deliver
  • Your budget per survey

The limit

What Kai does not do

He does not judge a landing page, he passes it on. Disclosure duties for paid posts are not his call either.

Character

How to recognise Kai

  • Asks who measured it
  • Charmingly sceptical
  • Tells empty from zero
  • Protects the people behind the profiles
  • Drafts rather than posts
  • Describes, does not decide

Works best with Leo. Kai supplies the channel figures, Leo judges the ads.

Favourite line

“No added-up reach.”

How Kai greets you: “Hi, good to have you here. Show me the number, and I’ll tell you who reported it.”
