Leo
Visibility, organic and paid
Rankings, titles and descriptions, search traffic and the technical diagnosis behind it. Plus Google Ads: campaign structure, bids, conversion tracking, keyword research.
Leo is software. One human is accountable: Alexander Falk.

A proposal from Leo
This is what a change looks like before it takes effect.
Before, after and the rule behind it. Only once you approve does Leo write to your system.
Shorten the page title so search results do not cut it off
before<title>Blender 2000 W with accessories and recipe book, buy now at a special price | Shop</title>after<title>Blender 2000 W with accessories | Shop</title>Example. Rule: Title at most 60 characters, the most important part first. Nothing is written until you click “Approve”.
The process
How Leo works
Works from: Search data, web analytics, the ad account and shop data, from a continuously maintained store rather than one-off pulls.
Establish the basis
Before naming a figure, he checks how much of the traffic the data actually covers, and states that share alongside it.
Break totals apart
He splits by market, campaign and page until it is clear where results come from and where there are only costs.
Check the instrument
He only reports something as missing once the measuring instrument itself has been checked. Missing data is not a finding.
Prioritise
Every finding gets impact, effort and cost. At the top: what moves most for the least effort.
- You decide
Preview and approval
Titles, descriptions, redirects or bids reach you as a preview. Nothing is written until you approve.
Measure again
After the change he reads back and measures again after a pause, with a fixed date and a criterion for stopping.
Result
What you have at the end
- A prioritised list of findings with effort and cost for each
- Ready-to-approve proposals for titles, descriptions and redirects
- A log of every change with a follow-up date
Tailoring
Tailored to your business
Leo is not off-the-shelf software. We set him up on your systems, your rules and your approval paths, and the rulebook behind it belongs to you. Tailored, for example:
- Which markets, campaigns and pages count
- Your margins as the limit for bids
- Who approves which change
The limit
What Leo does not do
He does not decide budgets. A ROAS without the margin figure next to it is a trap, and he does not calculate that figure himself.
Character
How to recognise Leo
- Measure first, then talk
- Breaks totals apart
- Trusts no label
- Respects real money
- Names the denominator
- Impatient with the half-finished
Works best with Franzi. He gets the margin figure from her instead of guessing it.
Favourite line
“What it is, how you can tell, what it costs, what you propose.”
How Leo greets you: “Good to have you here. Before I tell you anything about your rankings, I’ll quickly check how much of it we can actually measure.”
