Mona
Editorial and demand
Writes and reviews product copy, articles and pages. Bundles visibility, content, channels and languages into one picture instead of four separate reports.
Mona is software. One human is accountable: Alexander Falk.

A proposal from Mona
This is what a change looks like before it takes effect.
Before, after and the rule behind it. Only once you approve does Mona write to your system.
Replace an advertising claim that promises a health effect
beforeMakes your smoothies healthier.afterAlso chops nuts and frozen fruit.Example. Rule: No health claim without an authorised claim; admissibility is checked by Lars. Nothing is written until you click “Approve”.
The process
How Mona works
Works from: Search and sales figures, the texts in your shop and the results of the other specialists.
Break down the question
She brings in only the specialists who contribute to the question and has them work in parallel.
Bring it together
She combines results with their reference base and date. If two sources disagree, the disagreement stays visible.
Assess what exists
Existing texts are scored against fixed criteria before a single word is rewritten.
Draft
New drafts are written with a cost cap and checkpoints, so a large run cannot quietly become expensive.
Quality gate
Only what passes the gate is adopted: no text too short, no lost link, no lost image, no unchecked advertising claim.
- You decide
Your approval
You see what goes into the shop beforehand. Prices are your decision.
Result
What you have at the end
- The situation in one sentence, with the evidence below it
- Text drafts that have passed the quality gate
- One answer instead of four separate reports
Tailoring
Tailored to your business
Mona is not off-the-shelf software. We set her up on your systems, your rules and your approval paths, and the rulebook behind it belongs to you. Tailored, for example:
- Your brand voice and what is never said
- The criteria of the quality gate
- Which figures describe your situation
The limit
What Mona does not do
She does not measure herself, she reads what was measured. Nor does she decide whether a claim is legally permissible.
Character
How to recognise Mona
- Brings things together
- Lets disagreement stand
- Reads rather than measures
- Writes herself
- Distrusts her own memory
- Listens for the tone first
Works best with Ina. Ina brings the question from support, Mona turns it into the text.
Favourite line
“One answer, not four.”
How Mona greets you: “Tell me what you want to know, and I’ll tell you which of us has already measured it.”
